Can these be used for children?

Yes. There is no contraindication to using them in children, beyond the logical precautions according to the characteristics of their age or any type of allergy.

Is it possible that the jewels harm me in some way?

Our jewelry connects you with sacred energy, allowing you to raise your vibration. It is impossible for our jewelry to harm you (except allergies to the material).

Do the jewels have instructions for use so that they are effective?

No. The only requirement is to live with them (carry them, have them close, look at them), except for the karma cleaner. We give you some guidelines on how to take advantage of the full potential of each of our jewelry here

Does the jewelry have any wear position?

Can they be given as gifts without explanations?

Yes. Súktil jewelry is an exceptional gift. We have noticed that there are many people who are reluctant to give them away because they think they have to explain themselves and the difficulty that this entails. There is no need to explain anything and the person does not have to “believe”.

Do they lose effectiveness over time?

No. Súktil jewelry does not lose effectiveness over time or due to material deterioration as a result of its use. Only if they are punctured or totally or partially destroyed. The Karma Cleaner, once activated, will remain functional even if it is lost or physically destroyed.

WARRANTY AND CARE
Does the jewelry have a guarantee?

Súktil jewelery has the manufacturing guarantee stipulated by law.

Our jewels are perfectly packed and protected and are sent in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that the jewel has arrived in poor condition due to a shipping or handling problem, the customer must claim it through Súktil's contact channels, providing a photograph that proves it and the jewel will be replaced free of charge. .

The guarantee does not include accidental breakage, misuse of the jewelery or wear and tear due to its use.

When is it normal for them to deteriorate?

We recommend using a special chamois for gold or silver, depending on the jewel, for maintenance and cleaning. The chamois must be used very gently and must be free of particles.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
How long does it take to prepare my order?

Our jewelry is now perfectly prepared and ready for shipment.

The exception is Activator watches, Brainy headbands or any jewelry with personalized material.

What are the turnaround times?

Delivery times begin to count once the order has been processed .

Orders whose payment method is payment by transfer, will be processed once the deposit into the account has been verified.

Orders that enter the system after 12:00 p.m. will be processed the following day. In the case of orders placed on Friday or the weekend, they will be processed first thing in the morning on Monday.

  • If your order is for mainland Spain, you will receive it in 2 days once the order has been processed.

Returns

If the customer wants to return the jewelry, they may do so within 14 days of receiving it. It must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. Once the jewel is received it will be paid to the client. If it is a jewel that has arrived in poor condition from its origin, the costs of collecting and replacing the jewel will be assumed by Súktil.
